Note: The below information are meant for CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("CGS SG"). clients only.
Notice:
Please be advised that with effect from 01 May 2018, the old e-statement system will not be available on your CGS iTrade login.
Statements for 17 January 2018 or earlier from the e-statement system will no longer be accessible. Standard fees and charges will be applicable for such statement retrieval requests. Hence, we highly encourage you to print and keep copies of your e-Statements for January 2018 and/or earlier by 30 April 2018.

Streamline and view statements for your eligible accounts online! View up to 12 months of your Monthly Statements and up to 3 months history with your Contract Notes, and get notified via email when your latest statements are available.

Q1. What is E-Statements?
E-Statements are an electronic version of your account statements and contract notes.
Q2. How can I access E-Statements?
E-statements are accessible via your CGS iTrade online login. Please click here to view E-Statements User Guide for more details.
Q3. Can I choose to receive both E-Statements and paper statements?
No, if you opt for E-Statements, you will stop receiving paper statements.
Q4. What statements are available as E-Statements and when will they be ready for viewing?
E-Statements will be ready on the CGS iTrade portal for viewing and availability frequency is as per the table below. You will be notified via email once your latest E-Statements are ready.

Q5. How long will E-Statements be available on the CGS iTrade portal?
E-Statements will be available on the CGS iTrade portal for up to 12 months for monthly statements and contract notes will be available only up to 3 months.
Q6. Do I have to pay for E-Statements?
E-Statements are available free of charge.
Q7. How do I opt out of E-Statements and how long will it take to be effective?
To opt out of E-Statements, please click here to download Opt-Out for E-Contract Notes and E-Statements form, complete and mail back reply to us. It will take 5-7 business days to deactivate E-Statements for your account.
Q8. Can I print my E-Statements?
Yes, you can print E-Statements from your CGS iTrade portal. Please click here to view E-Statements User Guide for more details.
Q9. How can I change my email address for E-Statements alerts?
The E-Statements alerts email address is same as your registered CGS iTrade account email address. If you wish to change your email address, please contact our Client Services officers at 1800 538 9889 or +65 6538 9889 (overseas) (Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00pm) or email clientservices.sg@cgsi.com.
Q10. If I do not have email address, can I opt in for E-Statements?
No, an email address is mandatory for E-Statements.
Q11. How can I request for past statements which are not available in E-Statements?
If you wish to request for past statements which are not available in CGS iTrade portal, please contact your trading representative. There will be fees applied to retrieve past statements as per below:
