CGS iTrade - Help

You are either using IE8.0 or below or have turned on the Compatibility View for IE9.0 and above.
For best user experience, you are advised to perform one of the following:

1. If you are on IE9.0 and above, it is recommended you use the latest Internet Explorer with Compatibility View turned off.
   a. From IE --> Goto Tools --> Select Compatibility View Settings --> Ensure Compatibility View is unticked.
   b. Remove the URL : itrade.cgsi.com.sg inside Compatibility View settings window by selecting "Compatibility View Settings".
   c. Close all browsers and open new browser to try again.

2. If you are on IE7.0 or IE8.0, you can download the latest IE here.

3. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera to access our website.

Charges and Settlement

Contract payment using PayNow

You can use PayNow to settle your shares transactions.

1. Log in CGS iTrade
2. Go to Account > Account Summary, select Contracts Statements or Contra Statements
3. Click on the Pay button for any Debit contracts with SGD settlement currency
4. Scan the QR code and complete the transaction using PayNow

Note:
i. PayNow is currently only available for SGD settlement currency.
ii. Payment done before 4pm will be received on the same day. Any payment done after 4pm will be received on the next working day.

Deposit / Funding using PayNow

You can use PayNow to UEN to transfer / deposit to your trust account and the trust balance could be used for contract payment or other outstanding payment.

With CGS iTrade Login
1. Go to Account > Account Summary
2. Select the Trading Account you wish to fund and click on PayNow button
3. Indicate the Amount you wish to fund
4. Complete the transaction with your PayNow supported banking app

Without CGS iTrade Login
1. Click on the button below to be directed to the payment link.

2. Enter Amount, and your 7-digit Trading Account Number e.g. 0123456
3. Scan the QR code and complete the transaction using PayNow.
